RR Traders Trading is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or services. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

9. Terms of Trading

• Prohibited Practices: Line Trading (Chamki) and Scalping are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in such activities.
• Profit Booking: Profits made within 5 minutes of a trade will be considered jobbing or scalping, and may be removed.
• No VPN Usage: Trading using a VPN is not allowed. Trades made using a VPN will be deleted.

10. Bank Details/UPI ID

Our bank details/UPI ID may change. Use only the latest details provided on our site. We are not liable for errors from using outdated details.

11. Dividend and Bonus

Calculations follow relevant stock exchange rules.

12. Cross Orders and Same IP Address

Cross orders and trades from the same IP address are canceled. Trading with the same IP across multiple accounts is prohibited.

13. Negative Balance Protection

We offer protection against negative balances with a step-out level of 30%.

14. Execution of Orders

Orders are executed based on bid/ask prices, not last traded price (LTP).

15. Prohibited Trading Practices

Chamki, lines, and insider trades are not acceptable.

16. Reporting Glitches

Report any software issues immediately. If you cannot close positions due to a glitch, notify us, and positions will be squared off at the current market price (CMP).

17. Group Trading

Group trading is not allowed without prior written permission.

18. Payout Delays

Payouts may be delayed due to banking issues. Please be patient.

19. Margin and Fund Management

Maintain adequate margins to avoid liquidation or losses.

20. Account Locking

Accounts inactive for 7 days will be locked for security. Contact customer support to unlock.
